INC Group need the ability to use the standard Salesforce sales features such as leads, opportunities and forecasting. Tenacre customised these standard features to better reflect the INC Group sales process.
Tenacre created a series of in-depth dashboards which helped the company management to see the day to day progress of sales. Additionally, the dashboards were created to show trend reporting, and comparison of sales pipelines from previous quarters or years.
Regular system updates
INC Group is a fast growing company, with regular new employees coming onboard. Tenacre takes care of on-boarding new users, and securely off-boarding any employee that leaves the company.
Tenacre work with the senior management team to ensure that the Salesforce platform and reports are proactively updated as the business changes and grows.
