Digniora School Supplies LLC,  a leading supplier of high-quality British education supplies to schools in the GCC has completed the development and implementation of Salesforce CRM with Tenacre.

Based in Dubai's Business Bay, the business required a platform to store the database of schools, education groups and their key staff on a common platform, accessible by all staff involved in the sales and operations functions of the business.

Digniora supplies established and well-known schools and nurseries in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and around the GCC such as British School al Khubairat and Homegrown Nursery, Digniora supply high quality British sourced products ranging from audio-visual equipment, curriculum textbooks to catering equipment. With the demand for their products growing rapidly, the management of the company decided to source a technology platform to handle all data and sales related activities.

Tenacre was selected as their partner following a competitive pitch and worked closely with the management to customise the CRM platform to suit the Digniora sales process. The system was developed to ensure that all sales activity could be tracked and reviewed through customised reports and dashboards. The field sales team will also make use of the Salesforce1 mobile app on their iPads and smartphones.
