With a new management team onboard, it was decided to upgrade the CRM and sales management system from an old Goldmine application. Development of Sales Reports & Dashboards
Getting access to information quickly was one of the key considerations of the project. The HQ of Incorp is based in Sydney, and traditionally the reporting process was time consuming and labour intensive. Tenacre build a range of reports and dashboards that ere accessible in real time to the global management team. Weekly flash reports were build so that status updates are emailed directly from Salesforce to the HQ management team.
Integration with Microsoft Office365
The sales process for Incorp involves a long process of emailing documents back and forth with clients. These design and project documents needed to be connected to the CRM automatically. Tenacre took advantage of the integration capability of Salesforce to integrate with the Incorp MS Office 365 application to give the users much faster access to data either their their email application or CRM.
Sales team using Salesforce1 Mobile App
The sales team at Incorp Group are field - based, and require access to their CRM system via their smart phones and iPad's. The Salesforce1 mobile application was deployed across the business to enable quick access to data, and providing a way of updating sales opportunity information directly from their iPhones.
